Full profile: data, CV and evaluation

The profile gathers personal and professional data, availability and relationship type (direct/agency). The CV previews beside the form so you can check parsed data against the document. Skills and certifications are managed from the Skills tab (catalog), not as chaotic free text.

The scorecard stores overall rating, technical level, communication, attitude and real English — the interviewer’s note, not only a certificate. Do-not-contact stops matching from suggesting someone you already rejected with a reason.
