The score combines primary skill(s), languages, extra skills, work mode, experience/seniority, travel and rate vs the client ceiling. Weights are tuned in settings: your business is not a generic boutique template.

Match cards show the breakdown. From the panel you manage candidate/client rates, contactability, reject reasons and internal notes. The match profile summarises location, availability, nationality and languages without leaving the job flow.

That reduces “I think they fit” and speeds up who to brief first.
