Visible pipeline: nobody asks “where is Ana?”

The kanban covers the cycle: suggested, confirmation, contacted, CV, interview, offer, won and discarded. On move you can generate a contract; when leaving won you can pause or delete the related contract.

Suggested actions (request CV, log a call, send a template) reduce friction. The timeline records status changes, calls, interviews and notes — with the user who did them, not an anonymous log.

It is the antidote to outdated status spreadsheets and forgotten follow-ups.
