No. AI does not contact candidates or clients without human oversight. It classifies the inbox (jobs, CVs, confirmations), parses attachments, suggests matches and drafts messages from templates by pipeline stage.

Yes. Many ATS tools stop at “hired”. Talenkai continues: when you move a match to Won you can generate a contract with client rate, candidate rate, fee and dates. An employee record is created inheriting candidate data for HR and billing.

Monthly timesheets support hours per day, types (worked, holiday, vacation…), client/candidate invoice issuance and receipt statuses, and invoice numbers. The contractor can submit hours from their portal. For a boutique, that closes the loop between winning the role and collecting the fee.

The ATS UI is available in Spanish, English and German — including menus, pipeline, profiles and the employee portal. Email templates are generated in the candidate’s or client’s contact language (ES, EN, DE).

On profiles and jobs, candidate and role languages use normalised ISO codes (ES, EN, DE, FR, AR, CA…), avoiding chaotic free text and improving filters and matching. Job descriptions can be auto-translated depending on your configured provider.
